To answer the requirements of its customers, Saudequip can count on the Component Rebuilt Centres (CRC).
Those centres apply strict contamination control procedures: pressurised workshops, optimized storage conditions for spare parts, packaging and protection for reconditioned components.
The CRC in Abidjan, Ivory Coast
- Engine components: 3508 / C32 (777G)
- An area of 1000m²
- 10 ton crane
- Other components: transmissions, torque converters, differentials, final drives, hydraulic cylinders, injection pumps
- A 2 100 Hp dynamometer for engine testing.
The CRC in Gampela, Burkina Faso:
- Processed components: 3516 engines, C175-16 (795F)
- An area of 2100m²
- 12.5 ton and 5 tons overhead cranes
- Other components: transmissions, torque converters, differentials, final drives, hydraulic cylinders, injection pumps
- A 4 400 Hp dynamometer for engine testing.
The CRC in Bamako, Mali:
- Engine components: 3512 (785C)
- 1500 m² workshop, including 1,100 m² pressurised, air-conditioned
- A 5 tons overhead crane and 10 lifting cranes from 500 kg to 3 tons
- Other components: transmissions, torque converters, differentials, final drives, hydraulic cylinders, injection pumps
- A 2 100 Hp dynamometer for engine testing.

A classic process, reconditioning is about repairing your component according to the Caterpillar techniques and procedures. The Maintenance and the repair processes are adapted to your equipment: sophisticated tests, specialized tools and staff trained in the newest technological progresses.
